Upscale Conculting is a business and finance consultancy firm working with StartUps and SMEs in helping them prepare, package and promote their businesses to investors to enable them access the finance they need in order to achieve their full business potential.

She is a finance professional having obtained a Bachelors in Commerce from Africa Nazarene University in Banking and Finance and a CPA holder from Strathmore University. She is a Certified Business Trainer with the SIYB by ILO, with the Make-IT Mentor Driven Capital by VC4Africa; and Imarisha Mentoring Program run by Mowgli Mentoring (UK based) as well as trained coach with Creative Metier.

Prior to founding Upscale Consulting, Stephanie worked with SMEs in the Commercial Banking and Finance Sectors for 14years as a Finance Credit Expert; helping businesses through the lending processes to enable them acquire the necessary capital.

She has skills in providing investor readiness services, which entails an holistic assessment of a business situational analysis, financial planning and modelling, preparation of fund raising documentation - business plans, business proposals and pitch decks, putting together necessary documentation, capital raising, investment structuring, business valuation, facilitation on investor targeting strategies, investor relations, due diligence and post investment support.

Stephanie has worked with several institutions such as Family Bank Ltd, Equity Group Foundation, Kenya Institute of Management (KIM), Kayana supported by UK TechHUB, Pangea Accelerator EA, Strathmore Business Club, Founders Boost (USA), Cytonn e-hub, HULT Prize Foundation (a Global initiative supporting social enterprises in the Universities), Young Ventures Program - a GIZ funded program, KIEP250+, StartUP R.O.A.D MapProgram-SNDBX and WYLDE International as a trainer, coach and mentor with their cohorts.

She sits in the KNCCI (Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry) Youth Board, as well as other SME boards supporting the business and financial advisory function.

Stephanie is passionate about equipping budding and growing entrepreneurs by enabling them identify and master their core in order to build profitable, scalable and sustainable businesses while maintaining their financial wellness.

Carol Ogallo has an MBA from Daystar University and has been an investment Manager with a venture fund since 2018 where she manages several portfolios across Sub Saharan Africa.

Dickson Ndoro is an experienced investment professional with half a decade of experience in transaction advisory, venture building, market research, and startup development. At Fie-Consult, he played a pivotal role in supporting over $20 million in investments by developing sophisticated financial models and investment memos. Dickson has also trained more than 20 startups in investor readiness, including his work with the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network – Youth.

At Pyramidia Ventures, he has excelled in ideating, building, and scaling climate-positive agri-food businesses, driving significant growth through his innovative strategies. As a thought leader in the digital economy, Dickson has published over 15 articles that contribute to the advancement of the African startup ecosystem and market success.

Dickson holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from Kenyatta University and is pursuing a Micro Master’s in Statistics and Data Science at MIT. Additionally, he is a certified Trainer of Trainers (ToT) in the Circular Economy, recognized by Adelphi and SEED. His academic credentials and certifications underscore his analytical and strategic acumen, positioning him as a key player in Africa's investment landscape.

A career in banking spanning over 13 years of experience with 8 years in management. Strong in credit risk analysis, Debt collection and credit structuring, compliance checks, due diligence and overall investment banking. Adept in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, portfolio rebalancing and design of Investment Policy statements.

Worked with various Banks including Equity Bank Ltd, Family Bank Ltd and Faulu Microfinance Bank Ltd.

Sitati is a registered Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA-K) of Kenya having been registered by the ICIFA under the Laws of Kenya. He holds a Master degree of Business administration, strategic management and Bachelors degree of Education Science, Mathematics.

Amos is a Business Acceleration Expert whose purpose is to grow businesses to economic sustainability for social impact by organizing and providing Business Development Support through methodical implementation of strategies developed and precise reviews on progress as well as collaboration with a team built toward the shared vision.

His areas of preference are Finance, Financial analysis, Management Consultancy, Auditing and Advisory.

He has over 7 years experience in handling a portfolio of companies with revenues ranging from KES 1million to KES 50 Million per month and an employee range of 12 to
800 personnel.
